Pros

Mid-sized firm, so it's not overwhelming. They feed you well during busy season. They have Lunch & Learns quite often and some groups (not all) have flexible schedules; including working some days from home.

Cons

Technology! They have a lot of catching up to do in comparison to Big 4 Accounting Firms. Their overall processes aren't structured/smooth. You MUST go with the flow and make the best of what you have.
