      Basic Tax Experience, Extra benefits during tax seasons, lunches, massages, dinners.

      Cons

      Training was not as in depth, a bit sloppy, felt rushed. Not enough diversity. Lack of feedback.

      Pros

      -Young office environment can make it fun to work with peers and make friends. -Recent office renovation has made room for a bigger kitchen and outdoor eating space.

      Cons

      -HR and management seek out employee feedback but don't seem to take any into consideration when making decisions, big or small. -Work/life balance is bad. Even outside of the busier seasons, work never slows down.

      Flexible work schedule, friendly environment, understanding supervisors, decent benefits, decent pay, and parking garage attached to the building in Hartford

      Cons

      The work can become very stressful. Teaching new employees can become a burden. This burden is not considered when calculating the realization rate.
