Pros

They give you lots of flexibility because they work you to death Full benefits. Lots of chances to learn different and expensive technologies even if it not best solution for the customer.

Cons

There is a constant push for more billable hours. They bill out at 7 times my salary. It's obscene. CR is completely intolerant of anyone with a different personality. So I sit at my desk, do my work, and don't speak to anyone if possible. Management has no clue of what is going on. Bosses dictate what hours you record so management doesn't show up on some report that goes to the partners. Management wants the big projects but ignore the small ones that keep the lights on. I feel my branch could lay me off at any second or fire me for not making the 50 hour minimum.

Good Company, Poor Management

Pros

Corporate culture in general is good. The firm cares about its employees' professional development, it also offers fair benefits including 20-day PTO, health insurance, free food for busy season, but no 401K match. Most Colleagues are professional, friendly and supportive.

Cons

Some unqualified people are promoted to manager positions. Managers are very LAZY by doing nothing except forwarding emails, ordering food and eating, telling subordinates what to do but not how to do it, and chatting/kissing up their bosses. Middle-level managers are gossip, and "eyes" and "ears" are set everywhere. On-the-job trainings are provided by less experienced employees without a professional or universal training materials, so it is confusing and inefficient.
