      Pros

      Work is not too difficult but client experience is not what was promised. Some of the staff is good but under challenged.

      Cons

      Leaders are more impressed with themselves than they deserve to be. Staff are not so impressed with leadership.

      Great atmosphere, solid business base, and great support

      Cons

      My team in particular was dominated by one group that either liked you or didn't. Also, promised benefits, annual raises, etc at certain ranges but fell well short of the mark.

      Pros

      My work/life balance is excellent, if you are willing there is a ton of learning, Senior staff to Partners are usually all very willing to teach patiently, the CEOs and top management is awesome, they are extremely visible and approachable

      Cons

      Super slow periods for some staff members, not enough overall exposure to other industry, came to a less large firm so I would not be pigeon holed, they haven't realized they are a large company yet,
