      Long hours, no career path

      Pros

      Gave us food during busy season. Pay was half-way decent. Some of the partners were good people. Decent healthcare program. Good education/development program.

      Cons

      No career path. Unless you are "special" in their minds you are pushed aside. Paid time off wasn't that great. Some partners were a little bit full of themselves and thought they knew the right answer to everything, even outside their field of expertise.

      Pros

      Nice marketing team, strong processes and procedures, good benefits, most partners are very approachable.

      Cons

      Hard to grow, rarely promote within for other departments, promotions for accounting staff can be selective, salary not competitive for long-term employees, low morale with younger staff, high turnover due to lack of promotions/long hours for accounting staff.

      Not the best Company

      Pros

      They had a nice break room and good coffee. During tax season they paid for our dinners. CohnReznick did love to give back to the community by having a social awareness day.

      Cons

      Management was horrible. The pay was low and the work to home life ratio was deplorable. I was an employee for this firm for a very long time and during that time I've seen two employees pass away because there wasn't enough time to take care of themselves because of the demanding nature that Reznick instilled.
