-Endless opportunities to learn or get involved in different industries or work with different offices -Advancement is based on merit, not how long you've been here -Lots of mentorship and coaching -Variety of clients and industries to work on, that management is open to putting you on -Really great team that helps each other. Doesn't feel like you're competing against others

Cons

-Work-life balance is difficult especially when working from home. -Long hours but nothing surprising for public accounting -Perpetually understaffed -Pay could be more competitive for the location
