Overall the firm is a pretty great place to work. They try their hardest to always keep the people in mind as decisions are made. Some of the pros include: -Flexibility -Great Benefits and Perks -Diversity -Competitive Pay -Growth Opportunities -Collaborative Culture I have seen people leave thinking the grass is greener on the other side and ultimately end up wanting to coming back.

Cons

Long hours as expected for the industry; however, not as long as other companies.
