New management, possibly able to help turn around some of the issues.

Cons

Some outdated principles/practices and though people were ready and willing to put in the effort to do things better, hard to get management to support the effort and get momentum.

Pros

As a Field Technician we are the face of the company to the public. We get to interact with customers and store personnel on a daily basis. We have a pretty flexible schedule that allows us to work and have a family life at the same time. I feel that I am part of a great team. Our benefits package is one of the best around.

Cons

You have to be able to work by yourself as a Field Technician because most markets only have 1 employee assigned to them. Depending on your market there can be an excessive amount of "windshield Time"

Free snacks available in the kitchen, free parking.

Cons

Outdated workplace practices and outdated physical workspaces. Employees are withdrawn, fearful and fatigued. Many have no motivation other than to collect a paycheck and ride it out until they can retire. Absent senior management, absent owners who have no interest in employees.
