No room for advancement, poor communications, No career paths, no clear vision on the Constar line of Business, all the potential is on the Redbox line of business.

Relaxed atmosphere, very accomodating regarding time off. Very bright, young staff in general. Willng to try new ideas. Very fast paced with regard to new innovations and software updates.

Cons

Innovations and software updates not always thought through. Encountered numerous bugs and flaws that weren't corrected until discovered in the field applications. Upper management tended to have attitiude of "we know everything" just do your job. As sense of arrogance.
