Free movies and free snacks.

Cons

They take no ownership of Performance Management. Everyone here is on a PIP, set up to fail and then let go. They have no interest in keeping good employees by offering them chances to succeed. I'm amazed at the incompetence.

Great environment, good work life balance Middle Management and below are great people to work with Overall it is a pretty good place to work Great Parking Free movies

Cons

The company has a hard time recognizing good internal talent when they see it. Most of the leaders are not really leaders. Very Very Very Top Heavy in HR. Very poor branding in the public market between Redbox and Coinstar Upper Management, very poor when it comes to communication with the rest of the company Future forecasting is horrible. Benefits are okay, but not great. No recognition from upper management when it came to good performance. Too many leaders do not understand the true roles of the their reports Not enough time off

Working in the field, servicing equipment. Being abl to travland not sit behind desk all day long. Having alot of customer relations.

Cons

Company shows to much favoritism and is very "micro managed".
