Pros

Great flexibility when working in the field. If you keep your numbers looking good management leaves you alone for the most part

Cons

No room for advancement. Work keeps getting piled on and no overtime permitted. All the good things about coinstar from the past have been taken away such as Christmas and summer get togethers.

Interesting project, good benefits, fairly flexible schedule.

Cons

Old guard employees back stab and unwilling to share info. Suppostedly training benefits exists but rarely are you allowed to access them. No willingness to allow growth. Some of the worse management I have ever seen. Employees afraid to speak out and too much polictics. Very disfunctional environment. Just say the emperors clothes are stunning and you might become a 'pet'. Oh can't forget, chaos, chaos, chaos, and did I say clueless management??
