Pros

There used to be some Cons at one time not anymore.

Cons

Unable to follow their own values and mission statement, No advancement for employees, your asked to present ideas and there is no follow through. Purchased other businesses with no idea how to run them accordingly, only to sell them off at a loss. this happened too often. Training of employees leaves a lot to be desired. Restructure and Reorganize another sign of incompetence.

Pros

* Good camaraderie amongst peers * Plenty of free snacks and drinks * Benefit package ok

Cons

Company has lots its soul for innovation and some of the Directors/Management do not accurately reflect or practice the company values like "respect and integrity". A recent re0-org brought in a matrix development structure with too many layers of management who are out of touch with the sustaining versus innovating process. One Director is bent on building their fiefdom that key employees and contributors have either quit or unceremoniously escorted out when they don't agree with their pre-conceived direction or project status. Unbelievable to hear that the new CEO is being paid $1.6 million +.

Pros

CFO who knows what he is doing; Friendly co-workers

Cons

Not willing to promote from within - managers are stiff about promoting low to mid level employees or even letting them move to a different group. Very top Heavy - company continues to hire more manager level positions and less workers to do the job. Management vested in trying to get high level jobs instead of doing their jobs Higher levels taking credit for work done by their employees.
