Pros
Got lots of real estate brokerage experience that transferred to a better job and the agents are great to work with for the most part.
Cons
The office is extremely busy with lots of pressure to finish unreal amounts of work every day. No matter how hard I worked, I was always expected to take on more. I found out that the average AOM in this office only lasts 7 months before burning out. I lasted 15 months before realizing there there was no advancement or bonus opportunities.
