The company took new ownership in May 2015 and employees have been hired based on the owner knowing them and liking them, not based on any qualifications for the positions in which they are hired. The owner's daughter's boyfriend who was 20 years old and did not have proper education was hired as CFO for example. This hurts business. The owner has a large ego and no tact when working with others and uses foul language and makes decisions based on gut emotion which can be explosive and spontaneous. I was offered several positions in a month and a half working there and then was informed that my position was no longer in need and was being downsized or eliminated with the company. I was informed by the owner another person was being let go and this poor person was shifted to several positions as well. You cannot hire employees, give them no direction, no definite duties and expect them to perform to your satisfaction when they don't even know what they are supposed to do or what their titles are. Poor poor management, misdirection and hostile work environment. I do not recommend working for this company as a paid employee. Agents are fine as they are self employed.
