Pros

Good access to managing broker. Great support and training. Management really on top of current legal challenges in the real estate space and does a good job of communicating important info to employees.

Cons

Splits are not that great compared to other brokerages in the local area.

Pros

If you're actively trying to move up into a certain role within the company, managers will help you if you shown you work well as a Coordinator. Managers and co-workers always happy to help if you have a question. You are not micromanaged. Marketing Coordinators all work from home.

Cons

You have to work here for a very long time to get a decent salary, as it only goes up a few cents per year and there are no bonuses for Marketing Coordinators. The job is also very repetitive and can be boring at times. Also, there is a lot of customer service and you have to guide Sales Associates through our in-house software that are sometimes tech-deficient and testy (not all are, but some are).
