Very good education provided at all levels. Tight control of the legal aspects of house sales and representation, such as the changes that take place at local levels in what you can say about a property or area. The continuing education keeps agents up to date.
Cons
Early sales difficult to achieve, so cash flow and income become an issue frequently during the first year.
