Working for Coldwell Banker has been really helpful starting from a rookie to an experienced agent. From Coldwell Banker University to in-house training.

Cons

This depends on the office but they can be stiff on your split if you're just starting out. Do a few deals and work with your manager on raising your # or easily shop for a new office.

People in the local office were good work with, market competitive compensation, aggressive time off policy, adequate health insurance benefits,

Cons

Management does not have real estate experience. When Cendant split up, all of the real estate operators were pushed out and replaced by hotel and time share executives. Senior management does not relate to brokers and agents. They speak about selling the value circle, however, all of the business units outside of Parsippany hate each other.
