Do Not Work Here if You Require ADA Accommodations!

Pros

The outpatient pediatric clinic at their locations in Bellevue and Bothell, WA have good facilities and fairly good therapeutic equipment. The team of therapists (OT, PT, SLP) are well experienced and knowledgeable.

Cons

During my employment, the caseloads placed on the clinicians were unreasonably large and not managed in a way that put patients first, rather earning profits first. The most notable con of working for Cole Health was how they treated employees with disabilities. I have a cognitive disability for which I requested reasonable accommodations. However, I was never granted any and was instead treated very poorly by management and HR representatives that dealt with my accommodations claim. My coworkers who also had disabilities were treated similarly.

Disappointing Experience with Lackluster Management

~Initially, the company appeared promising with opportunities for professional growth. ~Colleagues were dedicated and supportive, at their locations, contributing to a positive work environment.

Cons

~Management lacks transparency and communication, leading to confusion and frustration among employees. ~Unilateral changes to titles, compensation, and job responsibilities without discussion or consideration for employee well-being. ~Inadequate support during transitions, resulting in burnout and overwhelming workloads. ~Promises made during acquisitions were not upheld, creating uncertainty and disillusionment. ~Lack of clarity on future processes and expectations, particularly regarding the integration of new systems. ~Compensation structure does not align with the cost of living, making it difficult to attract and retain talent.
