Staff not listened to, cliquey upper management

Cole Academy’s management likes to talk a big game about togetherness and how they are all in it together but there is no motivation or accountability from management. They focus on only expanding but don’t give staff that are already there the tools to thrive and be comfortable. Staff day every month is a joke, resulting in a rushed pizza lunch or donuts in the morning that the management hurriedly purchased because they usually forgot. There is a very high school feel about this place where the management has favorites and they driven by gossip and they become passive aggressive until you eventually decide to move on. The actual ABA falls to the wayside and the overall state of the building and the children’s toys and materials are subpar at best.
