Great place to work to gain skills in the manufacturing industry. Very easy to get hired on as a temporary employee. Really cool co-workers.oppurtunity to form great relationships and meet new people. Extremely diverse work environment. Great monthly safety incentives.

You get two weeks vacation and a week of sick leave when you start.

Cons

The pay isn't competitive; and management lies in reviews. They tell you your essential and have to come to work during a pandemic and work overtime; then tell you your average at your review. They get you in the door by telling you about all these benefits such as paid school, and compensation for safety glasses; but then when you go to claim them they always seem to mysteriously lose the paperwork.
