the variety is good to learn about different types of products. I have seen alot of products go to market

Cons

Very little company understanding of Industrial design, typical large company politics. In too deep with Mass retailers effects quality of products. Industrial Design design dept. is seen as little more than people who make "cool drawings".

The people are great to work with,the work is really simple and for the most part easy, get quite a few days off when they are not busy.

Cons

Days are long ,nights are long and a lot of inconsiderate management a lot of micro managing and treating employees like they are babysitting kids
