Normal manufacturing environment. It was loud, dirty and many of the employees were not disgruntled with cutbacks.

Great perks, they had employer assisted health, dental, and vision insurance, and a match 401K.

Cons

During the busy season you would be working a ton of forced overtime, but if you weren't salary that means you would get payed overtime too.
