      Great insight regarding how the logistics operation works, customer service interaction within the organization, local transportation management in the country and inventory analysis.

      Cons

      Office is located in a very populated geographic area so sometimes getting there can be quite complicated. Aroud 50,000 within 1 square kilometer from where the offices are located.

      Up front education assistance available to any employee, a great place to get a start in a career. Worth staying in manufacturing or Quality.

      Cons

      Work life balance is terrible anywhere outside of NJ or NY. Must be willing to relocate for success in any position. Don't plan a career here if you work in IT, Finance, or Planning as they will all be outsourced by 2020.
