Pros

The culture of the Colibrium office is relaxed and fun which makes things easier during high-stress times. The company is flexible and understanding and led by an approachable team with an open door policy. The leaders at Colibrium stand up for their teams and will go to bat for what is right.

Cons

Still a smaller company and a bit resource constrained which can result in needing "all hands on deck" often, and having to share team members more than some would like. I have seen significant improvement in this area in the past 6 months as we have been hiring and ramping up our teams.

Pros

Management is engaged and wanting to work hard to move things in a positive direction. The new (within last year) leadership has quickly identified pain point and worked to fix them. Work life balance has improved dramatically in the last year and has stabilized so that most people are working pretty normal work weeks but we still deliver on time.

Cons

The only real con is that all of this is new and that there is a bit of a learning curve still for the whole company. The new way of operating (pretty much pure agile) is starting to help a lot but is also something that a lot of us are still learning. We are getting better each sprint and likely will continue to do so.
