Pros

Most of the problems I see in other posts here are outdated. Over the past 6-12 months Colibrium has been bringing in new management that knows how to run a company of this size and in this space. With their leadership the company is already starting to see benefits of their experience. This will continue to increase and I think this will end up being a truly world class place to work.

Cons

The chaos of the past isn't quite in the past. There is still a lot going on and a lot of things that have to be completed before some of the positive changes being planned can be executed. There is a ton of work to do right now but the current chaos and pain is expected to be relatively short lived.

Pros

The people. The team is committed to achieving organizational goals with an intense dedication to getting the job done. I can't say enough about the people at Colibrium. The recent new hires have been outstanding, as well as the folks that have been with the company for many years - Colibrium is making big moves very soon! Support from parent company, HGS. Colibrium has a deep commitment from HGS to become successful and they will. The core competencies that HGS brings to the table coupled with Colibirum's tech makes them a force to be reckoned with in the market.

Cons

As some of the other reviewers have shared, there are some reminaining changes that are in the final stages of being implemented. The issues of the past are almost all gone and I'm sure they will be shortly after this review is posted. Every organization has it's challenges and Colibrium is committed to addressing theirs.

Pros

Company is responsive and is making an effort to course correct in areas where they have faltered in the past. Great benefits. Great atmosphere and location. Their solution is very well thought out and high quality.

Cons

Management needs to be more transparent.
