* Good work life balance * Great work ethics and professionalism at its best * Wonderful people to work with * Salary par with the industry * Nice perks * Good recognition for the excellent work * Management has good ears to listen to the thoughts of the employees * Almost a flat organization as everyone is a developer at the end except few managers which is good at this POV as all are treated equal * Latest trending technologies are initiated for the new products * Lots of technologies to work with especially after the merger as the product portfolio increased to 4 products * Great collaboration within the team and all team members are given the opportunity to showcase and experience scrum master / lead roles
Cons
* Almost ~0% travel opportunities to Engineers * Lack of competency development plan for engineers on training on the technical/soft/managerial skills * Lack of opportunities to directly interact with customers and hence engineers have ~0 pulse on customers thoughts and UX

Pros
Its a company on the move, working hard to re-imagine the flagship product. There is lots going on, and a real chance to have a major impact.
Cons
Legacy product has lots of tech debt. The majority of development is in Chennai, India so there are challenges with remote management and communication.
