Incredibly sharp people in engineering. Working with programmers you can count on to consistently produce quality code is great, and the CEO seems to place high priority on supporting the engineers. Supportive and meritocratic culture, good leadership from team level up to C suite. The executive team has made great strides since the merger, in the last year and a half the company has been showing promising growth and innovation. Great work life balance, fun company events like frequent game nights.
