Great Benefits but no 401k

Pros

Get a chance to work with some of the smarted people in the Atlanta Tech Community. Work with a company that helps to redefine agile in the enterprise workspace. Pay is great. Healthcare is decent.

Cons

No 401k Matching. Some communications stumbles since the merger.

Pros

Very little left to be optimistic about.

Cons

CollabNet used to have great potential in the market, especially in the emerging DevOps space. Instead they got distracted by small, low potential products and are not investing in their future. Recent layoffs are indicative of desperation - no long term strategic focus. In a year or so will likely be broken up and sold off due to continued mismanagement.

Pros

This is one company which has a pool of opportunities and asks its employees to pick whatever they like. It is in the employees hands to make use of the freedom in the right way. This helps the employees in being innovative and give their best. You have a lot of freedom to switch between teams if you feel that you want to learn different things. As far as the compensation is concerned, it is one of the best in the market. The compensation is directly proportional to the quality of the work you do. So if you are the best, it is guaranteed that you will get the best compensation without any doubt.

Cons

Nothing on the negative side. Everything is good.
