None, except they might offer better if their client pays them very high like microsoft, expedia, amazon etc Before getting into cons little bit about myself : i worked with big mncs including big 4. I joined them just becuase i wanted to move to location where they could get me job and i was in different location

You will be on contract, they will not inform you about anything suddenly you will be fired. Zero job security. They will lie everything before you join. Leaves : hardly 15 leaves also they cut sandwich leaves, you will get to know this after you join. They do not have good cordination with clients they keep cutting salary if they dont receive timesheet. If you have any questions they will never answer, after you join they will never pick up call. There is no apprisal policy, if you fight after a year 3-5% will be best you get You will be treated like dog in parent company. No benefits except salary, mediclaim they give is of low quality and of no use. I started having high bp problem they irritated me so much, even if they offer you 5-6 lakhs more dont join them. I left them getting a offer from other company with similar salary just because i could no more tolerate them. PS they lie everything, no job security, no leaves, they never reply you. They also threaten you when you leave. One more thing : after you leave they tell you they will release experience letter and full and final settlement in 8 weeks. Seriously 8 weeks :D. They dont issue any reliveing letter. Even after 8 weeks they dont do it. They will stop picking up your call and stop replying to your mail.

Pros

Good Staff and Employee relation HRs. Good hikes Prompt salary before 1st of the month. Good standards and policies.

Cons

Need to wait 18 months for hike or apprasisal instead of 12 months.

none to say except the luring HR teams

Cons

all.. they laid me off saying that the contract with the client did not get extended, which is not my problem. Betrayed me saying that I will be getting a contract extension for 3 years and after 1 year, told me calmly that I need to move out and look out for other oppurtunities externally.
