I quit for another job a few months ago and was told my manager was going to take care of all my contacts but I still get phone calls from managers asking about emails they previously sent me sand if I can help fill a roll. Needless to say, they're shocked when I tell them I don't work there any more. Got a phone call yesterday from one manager and he told me my email is still functioning as if I'm still there. He said there was an autoreply saying I was "in a flight until Friday". That should be illegal - I'm extremely uncomfortable knowing someone is using my email as if it's still me. It reflects badly on me and I'm not even there. But I guess it reflects even worse on the company when my contacts find out I've been gone for months. Unbelievable. Says a lot about the company

Managers are overpaid, pushy, and inexperienced. Half of my team left after 4-6 months. There is no such thing as work/life balance, and you will get scrutinized for leaving home on time. I previously worked for an IT staffing company before Collabera which was actually organized and successful, and have since returned to that company. 401K isn't matched, and benefits are poor.
