      Pros

      Incentives are good. Their US Staffing is good.

      Cons

      Managers are biased (except a very few). No quality work, only slogging. You will definitely grow if you know how to keep your Managers happy.

      Company will make you an offer, and after you accept will come back and try to pay you less than they offered you. Stand firm.

      -They hire entry level college grads -nice quiet office -pay you to write a positive glass door review (because they know they are seen as negative and try to cover up what is really going on)

      Cons

      -They hire entry level college grads and do not properly train them -expect you to learn sales in a matter of weeks -micromanage ( AWFUL management) -toxic work environment -unhappy employees -manipulative and not trustworthy management -VP openly said Collabera is about their metrics
