      Pros

      Large in size but start up mentality. Everyone here is great good with each other and very unselfish to help one another to succeed. Their training program for new grads has made big strides and the company has dedicated a lot of time/money in development. Work/life balance is very good as well.

      Cons

      Benefits are a little pricy. The training for new grads is very good from corporate level but still has some room for improvement.

      Great team, Management is helpful, Give you ample amount of time to understand and go through training and salaries are always on time.

      Cons

      Work pressure will be there, Thus work hours can be extended.
