2. not much benefits for long term contracts even with their clients
3. not much informative HR always
4. not good policies
5. no career development plans but just an agency
6. paid trainings by its subsidiary and no career plans for staffing solution empoyees
7. H1/HSMP deployment team and paid training subsidiary do not have much transparent understanding to place all the trainees at any location in the world
8. marketing team is not much transparent and have no respect for personal issues/problems/risks of the employees in staffing solution
9. no CV writing staff with marketing & deployment for elegant & effective CVs to their clients
10. no permanent resolutions for personal problems at client-site from client employees apart from disassociation. not much good client networking to depute the employees to other clients or their delivery or training projects
11. not an employee company for technos, only HR & Recruiters!
12. skill development is not expected and not much good trainingsby them
13. an employee cannot stick yo them for long and cannot go for any higher education
14. no sponsorship for any certification for employee career & job stability & enhancement
15. managers are expert to say 'NO' for most of the things an employee can ask
16. client switching is a big issue and like a new job search
17. not much good client networking with product-development companies
18. not much good organization for Technical/Engineering/Project Managers
19. not much have much autonomy that wrong behavior of any client employee with their employee can be questioned and any disturbance can be there
20. personal reading at their client-site in free-time becomes difficult as their client-site employees start peeping through the screen
21. abusive environment at their client-site
22. client-site employees do black magic in the name of spirituality and disturb to outcasting
23. not much resources for long contracts, even no email-id
24. egoistic POC made the life hell at first
