Pros
Working at Collabera I've gained a lot of great skill sets that are going to help me be successful in my professional career. The company culture is great and the management always has your best interest at heart. They encourage you to be yourself. There is a lot of room for growth and opportunity, and you get out what you put in. (There is also a lot of opportunity to make a lot of money.) The company carries a very positive attitude and acknowledges/ rewards hard work.
Cons
The entry level position can be tedious and repetitive, but the harder you work, the faster you get out promoted. Some of the systems in place can be inefficient at times, but management and other teams take constructive criticism very well and are always looking to better themselves.
