      1. No work life balance 2. if you can handle the pressure this is the place for you. 3. You have to prove yourself every single day to hit the targets.

      Pros

      Collabera seems to have a large employee base, and all of the tenured employees seem to enjoy their jobs. This shows that the company (on many levels) is a good company to work with and for. Additionally, Collabera has a longstanding and strong presence in the IT world with large companies which shows a positive things.

      Cons

      Collabera is disorganized and seems to scramble for how to do simple "onboarding process" related tasks. They behave as if they are brand new to Insurance placement and recruiting and don't really care about it either. Personally, I have been lied to several different times which is verified and documented. They pay every 2 weeks, but the check never arrives on time. Mine, for example usually arrive a week to 10 day's late and it's impossible to survive no matter how high the pay is. Finally, they do not help when they check does not arrive and don't seem to care either. It's an impossible company for an IA to work for because of the lies and lack of timely paycheck issuance.

      - The growth potential here is amazing! They really care about their employees and provide you with enough training to hit the ground running. - They offer an extremely competitive salary and compensation plan - Company events are always fun and encourage networking

      - You get what you put into it.
