Cons

There are many Politics of all Patel's because the owner is also Patel. They always give an award if you spend 5+ year with the company. Every year, you can see those names repeated in Annual function. If they dont perform though they are getting awards every year. Pathetic salary growth 12 -14 hours shift - Working hours Saturday working Compulsory - They have per submission scheme available for Saturday.

They were able to talk me into working for them. My error.

Cons

This organization does not understand or follow US Department of Labor laws when it comes to benefits and continuation of benefits. The East Indian people will be very polite and very ignorant and very cheerful as they violate your rights as a US citizen. They apologize a lot, promise to look into matters, and cannot resolve issues. If you like Smiling Incompetence, this is your place.
