There are many in the lists. 1. They won't reply to your mails and phone calls when you raised an issue. 2. Simply denied your issues by saying what can i do, you are not the single one who is facing such issue. 3. They won't send anything in written via mail. Its normally a corporate culture but i wondered collabera hired such illiterate persons. 4. Higher authority never replied your mails for your issues not resolved by your ER spokes person. Only reply you got when you warned or threaten them for labour department. 5. Lairs, Lairs and Lairs. they promised you several things but won't fulfill them. This point take me again to point no. 3. They promised only over phone call.
