      Pros

      Salary deposits on time. If you are managing a team (and a bad manager), you can take your team for granted. No one will bother, and helpless subordinates can't even get to complain. Talking to HR is a joke and you get plenty of them. On a serious note, Some verticals who have good people at the top "may" be good.

      Cons

      No direction and nobody knows what to do. it has been the story for about two years now. Particularly in the dept I worked, head and his right hand are creating havoc and hardly are questioned even with the reliable proofs. Most of the resources have quit and more are quitting, cursing the entire company and the top management.

      Pros

      I found out that there is nothing good about them after joining. Had to leave even without finding a new job.

      Cons

      The upper management sucks. They are only concerned with numbers and reports. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing. Very heavy politics - there is a constant internal struggle within the management that they will throw you under the running train just to save their face. You will be set-up for failure right from day one. It's just work & work for them. You are EXPECTED to work at nights after leaving the office, you are EXPECTED to work weekends. Basically they just want you to work 24/7. They offer HORRIBLE benefits and their contribution is peanuts. Simple advise - stay away.

      >Who wants to stress the brain when you can come sit for 12-14 hours a night and get paid on the first of every month and sometimes even before that! You just have to act like you got a load of work on you ;) >If you are bad doing at something substantial in your life -- This is the place to be, our street smart leaders know how to tap your energy and use all of it so that you don't even have a little left to figure out what mess you're into >Amazing businessmen, no moral, no ethical business..nothing, just money bu hook or by crook ---lot to learn >A lot of characters to entertain you through the night, good culture.

      Cons

      > HR team is quite horrible, I doubt they even know the basics about human resources or managing them. Courtesy is the minimum, which they don't have either. >Remuneration could have been better. > You need to excel at foul play, double standards, hypocrisy.
