Low pay, 0 health benefits unless you like paying 300-400$ a paycheck for them. No advancement at all 0 chance of getting hired on by the company you are working through these guys. Very deceiptful in the way they handle things. Not a very trustworthy place. On top of all of that, When I submitted my two weeks I was not paid my last pay check. I have called india and left messages until I was blue in the face. In closing, if you like a terrbile experience filled with lies and betrayal this is the place for you. Collabera is nothing more than a compnay applying indian rules in an american market... avoid at all costs

Poor training and they pay way lower than their competitors and ask you to do more than one person should do. Favoritism with the male employees. Will not handle employee internal issues properly.
