Do your research before signing a RTR with Collabera

Great interaction with company. Your HR contact will keep you in the loop on the selection process.

Cons

They will low-ball you on the contract. I was offered one rate and signed the RTR. After I was offered the job, I was told the pay would be $1 an hour less. I stood my ground and got my original rate. But be aware, the rate I was offered was $9 an hour less than another company was offering contractors for the same position at the same time. This was my first time contacting. Now I know to call around and do my research before accepting any RTR from any recruiter.

Pros

It is the best company as per my experience. Sets employee salary expectations provided he deserves it. It resolves all the concerns of employee with all required attention. Maintains close relation with employees by frequently getting in touch with each employee by relational manager. No Variable Pay, Good Salary break up are the add-ons

Cons

Stays away from the company and mostly one has to spend at Clients location. The insurance is only covered to Employee but not to the whole family. Typical leave policy where if one weekend false in between leaves, that(+2 days) also is considered as leave.

About Leave Policy _ LOP if we take leave with in joining period of 4 months

Based on requirement they give more hike.

Recently I joined, the leave policy in collabera are:- 1) 15 PLs, 3 CL & 3 SL yearly as based on our designation. Leaves will get credited in our account on a monthly accrual basis. Hence every month we are entitled to 0.25 SL, 0.25 CL and 1.25 PL. 2) Up to 6 months we can't use our PL. 3) Up to 4 months we can't use SL & CL 4) if we use leaves before the mentioned period (6 months / 4 months) , It will be a LOP. Note:- The above mentioned leave policy is for experienced employee too....
