      Dont seem to have any.

      Cons

      The representatives for the job do a very bad job. They dont respond to calls or email. Personal experience with the representatives that I worked are Ankit and Roobi. They were recruiting for a SAP EWM position and did a extremely poor job in keeping the candidates updated on the progress. Based on my experience and my friends would recommend them.

      Pros

      A solid start to a software engineering for SOME of the trainees if one HAPPENS to get placed at a good client company.

      Cons

      Salary is extremely under the market value for a software engineer. The benefits are close to none. Please be careful and ask as many questions about the contract that is set in place it has been such a problem for myself and other in my class. Opportunities were limited and I know many who didn't end up placed and had to fight tooth and nail to get out of the egregious contract.

      Pros

      You will learn a ton of business skills early on, but it can be very misleading. Your starting salary is unlivable and your metrics are super hard to hit. Other than great business skills you will slowly realize it is not a professional environment especially if you had an internship prior.

      Cons

      It is very obvious they had their TX office go through and leave reviews. This right here is why there is a big issue. You are having your staff leave positive reviews instead of honest reviews. Stop misleading recent college grads. Stop misleading your staff. Listen to your employees.
