      Demanding Work

      Pros

      a job that pays the bills right out of college, allows you to build strong communication and people skills, a great stepping stone

      Cons

      highly demanding role that is not great for someone who does not like working frequently after core hours, management/ leadership was not strong, a lot of energy put into work for minimal reward, weak commission structure

      Collabera is a great place to work and has a great company culture. It's very fun and is a great job right out of college.

      Not very happy about employees being remote

      Literally everything else - if your not in a senior role - they treat you as such.
