      I got a good salary.

      Lack of information for the job. They wouldn't give me the number of my manager until the first day of training.

      While my experience here was mainly bad, I did meet a couple of cool people that I still keep in contact with

      Poorly run company, lots of sketchy practices and overall a very toxic work environment. They prey on young attractive/outgoing recent graduates for this job, make promises that you will only be in the recruiting role for a couple of months and then keep you there for a year +. This environment is extremely competitive because it is sales, and unfortunately people here will do anything to be the best, including taking down coworkers.

      Can't think of any except the current ability to work from home

      Cons

      Horrible management, catty mean-girl culture, extremely attractive workforce (which is an outdated methodology for success in the sales sphere), poor entry level pay for the location, lack of investment in necessary capital for sales, EXTREMELY high turnover, the list goes on.
