      Pros

      Collage gives it's employees the freedom to make decisions on how to best help our customers without being micromanaged. Because of this we are able to quickly and efficiently assist customers and resolve any issues they may have to their satisfaction. Very good benefit package Communication between departments is great, everyone is very willing to listen and work together work/home balance is very important to everyone here and thhey make sure you have a great balance is a great group of intelligent, kind and caring people

      Cons

      working from home isn't for everyone. It's still a job that you have to focus on without distractions which can be difficult for some

      *There is a tremendous opportunity for growth *Despite being a fully remote company, there is a ton of transparency. You're always aware of what other departments are working on which helps you learn a lot about the business *You get to work with, and learn from a group of really talented individuals * The company is fully remote and promotes a great work/life balance

      Cons

      Working remotely isn’t right for everyone, but when it does it's really rewarding.

      Pros

      Great team! I have experienced a level of autonomy I haven't experience anywhere else, and I can work from anywhere I want to. I also appreciate that feedback is expected and appreciated by management. Not to mention that there is a great potential for company growth, and advancement! Hard work does not go unnoticed here.

      Cons

      It is more difficult to adjust to working from home than you may think. Since you are given a great deal of freedom it's important that you stay on track. This type of lifestyle is not meant for everyone.
