Pros

Hardly any pros, except that you'll get your salary on time, biweekly.

Cons

You're gonna stay on same salary package for years and in the same position, even though they get a bunch of money from the client from your salary. Account managers are rude and don't know how to communicate professionally. You'll have to remind and keep on asking for immigration related things

Ok if you like to get placed and don't want to deal with them.

Cons

Denials/Rejections in Immigration for H1B is the biggest issue. Seems like they have not taken steps to fix and care only about themselves. Avoid as if you get stuck with immigration issues which will be a mess.
