      Pros

      Leadership teams (including high executives) are very transparent and will actually talk to their employees to get feedback on processes and will put them into action plans; overall positive environment to work

      Cons

      Workload can be heavy at times, but management is always checking in to make sure I am not overwhelmed and will help out if I need it

      Place filled with passionate people, willing to push the envelope and challenge themselves, This is a place that trusts you with ownership

      Cons

      Diversity and Inclusion, especially in leadership roles, doesn't feel like a priority for the company, which is a shame because that can push a company to new heights

      Pros

      Very cool space and problems to work on. So many employees are passionate about what the company does.

      Cons

      The culture and skill set in some parts of the company leave a lot to be desired, especially in product and engineering. It's almost a master class on staffing an organization by failing upwards. There are some good pockets, but over all, it is pretty bad. Additionally, the CEO is beyond inappropriately involved in the little details. You won't build features for customers, you'll build features for him.
