Pros

Pay was decent. I also liked my coworkers.

Cons

Contractors are taking over. Upper management is a bunch of liars. They are just trying to reduce operating costs before going public.

Pros

Benefits and there's always work

Cons

- Hard learning curve to make it to a decent position - most of operations management is related or friends. - if you're not a grader low pay - if you have issues don't talk to your superior, head straight to HR and hope they can help. - mandatory over time including weekends when it's needed.
