Pros

Great life/work balance. I've never received a call outside of working hours to fix anything that was broken. Catered lunches every so often Very competitive starting salary

Cons

Not much room for growth, but that's to be expected in a company this size They do not allow remote work for the software engineers. Raises are mediocre.

Pros

Can be interesting work. Medical benefits and a paycheck.

Cons

Nepotism, cronyism, fraternization, glass ceiling, typical corporate mentality where top brass has no clue how anything is done or what is involved. Policies are only followed when it is beneficial to upper management or those in their favor.
