      Pros

      Although, the company is not small, it does have a tight knit type feel. People are nice, the environment is friendly. There is a lot to learn and a lot of potential if you are motivated and aspire to do well.

      Cons

      Punching in and out on a time clock feels like I'm Fred Flintstone working at the quarry. Last time I was punching in and out was in the 1980s. This area could use improvement.

      Pros

      The company is experiencing a unique stage of growth and development as it expands it's office to Asia and Europe. The doors are wide open for new ideas and unique approaches to solving ever evolving issues. The core staff remain a small but fun team to work with and opportunities for growth and learning are everywhere. A great place for a team player with a goal oriented mind set to work.

      Santa Ana Office is located right in the middle of the Orange Crush (405, 91, 55, 22, 5 Fwys)

      Pros

      Company has been great thus far. Their stable financial background and economic proof product offerings are what attracted me to the company in the first place. My offer was competitive in relation to my other offers. All the managers I have gotten to know thus far are really nice and easy to work with. I love the people I work with and thus far have been very happy I chose to work with them.

      Cons

      There benefits are okay, certainly better then none but I think there is room to improve on the vacation policy and sick time off.
