Pros

Great life/work balance. I've never received a call outside of working hours to fix anything that was broken. Catered lunches every so often Very competitive starting salary

Cons

Not much room for growth, but that's to be expected in a company this size They do not allow remote work for the software engineers. Raises are mediocre.

Pros

Good if you have no skills and no motivation to grow.

Cons

No financial or career growth. The Company is at a state where there is no strategy for growth. Old school boy culture. You need to be a yes sir or you will be out.
